Abstract

This study aims to identify the impact of digital transformation, with its dimensions represented in each of (digital transformation strategy, organizational culture, digital human resources, digital infrastructure, digital transformation leadership) on the performance of customs employees at the Customs Department Inspectorate in Chlef. In order to achieve this goal, the descriptive approach was adopted, through a comprehensive survey of all employees of the departments' inspectorate, where a 174 questionnaires were distributed and 169 valid questionnaire were returned. In order to analyze this data,
the SPSS V 26 program was used, where the results showed the existence of a positive direct correlation between each of the digital transformation variable
and the performance variable.
