A study of the level of organizational loyalty among employees at the University of Khemis Miliana

Abstract
This study aimed to identify and analyze the reality of organizational loyalty among the workers of university in Khamis Meliana- Algeria. While The descriptive analytical approach was conducted in this respective research for the purpose of testing a sample of 203 employees by applying a questionnaire. Eventually, SPSS package Version 22 was used in data processing using appropriate statistical tools such as arithmetic averages, standard deviation, T and F tests. As for the results, the study found that an average overall regulatory loyalty, and a statistical significant differences attributable to the age, professional experience and job style were noticed, as well as the absence of statistically significant differences attributable to gender and scientific qualification. It was highly recommended that, in terms of decision-making, there is a need to involve workers to take part on all the decisions made be involved and in order to build an incentive system to support and enhance their organizational loyalty.
