Abstract
This paper aims to analyse how post-conflict States deal with educational curricula for the rehabilitation of children who have lived through conflict, and
how to cultivate a culture of coexistence. "States shall have the obligation to guarantee, protect and implement the right to education, regardless of the legal
status of the individual, whether a refugee, a child combatant or a displaced person".
