Abstract

The study aimed to identify the term human development in Algeria and its relationship to the state of expulsion and attraction, and to identify the relationship between the level of human social development and the phenomenon of migration, where it is noted that there is an interactive relationship between migration and development, translated into a relationship of influence and impact for each on the other, and in this study, some aspects of social development were reviewed that affect the reduction of the phenomenon of migration, especially among the poor and vulnerable groups, this group that the state is working today to achieve its stability in all areas, which is only achieved thanks to the latter development, which today is no longer measured by material economic standards, but rather has gone beyond that to other indicators that are more accurate and valid for comparison between regions in their level of
progress and development
