Abstract

This study aims to shed light on the impact of organisational silence on ensuring the quality of higher education, using the University of Ghardaïa as a case study. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive method was used and a questionnaire was distributed to the study sample (university professors). The data were analysed using SPSS v21 software. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: the existence of an impact of the dimension of social silence on ensuring the quality of higher education, and an inverse relationship between acquiescent silence and ensuring the quality of higher education. However, the study found no impact of the defensive silence dimension on ensuring the quality of higher education at the University of
Ghardaïa.
