Abstract

This study aims to Offer an image of the truth of research in Algerian University, supported by many criteria, as well as the sources of funding for scientific research in Algeria and, therefore the structures of scientific research, also because the analysis of business fields and establishments in Algeria, and eventually he mentioned the mechanisms of developing scientific research in Algeria.This study has reached a group of results; the foremost necessary of that are: the requirement to extend the state’s support and the participation of the personal sector in funding scientific research in Algeria,also because the improvement of research structures and Algerian scientific journals and therefore their inclusion in international databases, and the promotion of the values of creative thinking and innovation among researchers, which ends up within the preparation of research Live up to the amount of publication in international journals.
