Digital transformation and the Arabic language at the Algerian University - Progres program as a model

Abstract

In the third millennium of AD, development has become an accelerated but very accelerated direction thanks to digital
technology that has swept all fields. You now find no country in the world except that has chosen the transformation towards
digitization and the replacement of the human worker with the digital factor. Computer and its outputs have become an urgent
and irreplaceable necessity, to the extent that everyone who is not perfect in dealing with it is considered illiterate, and because
the university is the radiological center for scientific research and the place that gives credibility to the research and studies it
had to move into the world of technology and turn to digitization in all its structures, and in order to keep pace with this
transformation in international universities, the Algerian University has entered the era of transformation Digital through various
means, which required concerted efforts to accelerate its achievement in a short period, and which did not allow a comprehensive
study of the requirements of this transformation, we mention the most appropriate language in the digital programs; which is the
cornerstone of this transition, which prompted us to track the luck of Arabic - as the first user language - from these programs
through a means of digitization; adopted by the Algerian University, which is the progres system for the management of human
resources, are there efforts that seek to localize it or even the manufacture of an Algerian-Arab program that will be an
alternative to ready-made programs imported from abroad
