Abstract

Crimes of violating automated data processing systems are among the newly developed crimes that affect information systems, and they are crimes that have been linked to the emergence of computer technology, networks and communications, but they differed in their name,between information crimes; information system crimes; information technology crimes; However, the Algerian legislator preferred to call them crimes of prejudice to automated data processing systems, and approved by Law 04-15 amending and supplementing the Penal Code, in articles 394 bis to 394 bis 7.
