The impact of education in buiding a human being - a legal study –

Abstract

This article focuses on an interesting topic that is education and its philosophy in building a human being. Education is an essential need to the survival, construction and development of human generations and thus, the affirmation of authentic principals with moral righteousness. Without any doubt, education has its perfect curriculum and distinguished way to build a person morally, psychologically, and mentally to become a well-balanced citizen who is capable of elevating his society both intellectually and practically. Nations have shown great interest in the educational process with all its factors due to the development of the world today. The need to have a straight life therefore urges people to follow the Islamic religion because of the teachings it provides.This research sheds light on how the right to education, as a human right, to its reality in Algeria after the independence. As well as showing the ways to lift and fix it under the current relapses and challenges.
