THE PROBLEMATIC CONCEPT AND FEATURES OF FORMATION BETWEEN KNOWLEDGE ACCUMULATION AND ITS ONTOLOGY - AN EXPLORATORY DESCRIPTIVE STUDY IN THE ARAB ENVIRONMENT

Abstract

The new media environment with its diverse media has imposed a transitional phase on many
media practices, in order to ensure their survival in the market on the one hand and on the
other hand to emphasize their role, importance, and communication and media status in
contemporary society. Among these practices are caricatures; being one of the journalistic
genres that faced the challenges of technological inevitability, as this journalistic artistic genre
has sparked discussion among researchers in various specializations regarding the problem of
its presence in the digital environment, and these problems included its various aspects, from
conceptual formation, digital aesthetic distinction, industrial transformation, and available
presence. We chose to shed light on the cognitive and theoretical foundation of the concept of
digital caricature and what is related to it; as manifestations of its actual presence in the Arab
environment through an exploratory descriptive reading.
