Abstract

The study aimed to uncover the relationship between communication and organizational culture
among employees at the University of Djillali bounaama in Khemis Miliana. This was driven by
the main goal of revealing the role of communication processes in solidifying the institutional
organizational culture, and highlighting the significance of this cultural dimension in managing
various operations such as administration, organization, and direction within the service-oriented
institution. The study sample consisted of 46 university staff members of both genders, selected
purposively for ease of access.
The study employed a descriptive-analytical approach using a questionnaire as the data collection
tool. The results indicated that embedding organizational culture among employees is organically
linked to the success of communication processes within the institution. Furthermore, it
confirmed that effective communication processes contribute to enhancing job efficiency by
influencing employees' attitudes and behaviors, fostering a culture of teamwork and mutual
respect. However, the effectiveness of administrative processes in any institution depends on the
efficiency and effectiveness of its various communication channels that connect its administrative
units.
