Abstract
This article presents a legal study of the management of Islamic banks in Algeria, with a focus on the board of directors and the general assemblies of shareholders. The article defines the board of directors as the body responsible for managing the bank, outlining its powers and duties. It also highlights the conditions that must be met by the managers, including their number, experience, and reputation, and sheds light on the powers of the chairman of the board and the general managers.
