A comparative study between practitioners and non-practitioners of recreational physical activity on the level of psychological adjustment among pedagogy workers at the University of Chlef

Abstract
The current study aims to find out the effect of practicing recreational sports activities in achieving psychological adjustment among pedagogy workers at the University of Chlef, using the comparative descriptive approach on a sample of 120 workers, including 60 workers practicing recreational sports activities and 60 non-practicing workers. We also used the psychological adjustment measure by the researcher “Rasha Abdel Rahman.” “And after collecting the data and processing it statistically, it became clear that there are significant differences in all dimensions of the scale between workers who practice recreational sports activities compared to those who do not practice it, for the benefit of the practicing employees. The study came out with a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: Raising awareness of the importance of practicing recreational sports activities in the professional lives of workers due to its positive impact on work. To circulate it to other segments of society.
