Abstract
The research aims to use the combination of calming exercises and sports massages to determine the extent to which some pulse physiological variables are affected, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and vital capacity) Researchers used the experimental method of tribal measurement and dimensional measurement on one experimental set to suit the nature of the research goals and assumptions. The sample of research was chosen in a deliberate manner from karate wrestlers, numbering (20) players, the sample number (08) players, ranging in age (17-19) years, during the training season (2022-2023), and the basic research experience was applied in the period from (24/01/2022) until (26/03/2022), and the standardized training programme was carried out on the research group for five weeks, Sports massages and cooling exercises were used on the research group after the end of the three-week training module Week One to Week Two Rest Week, Week Two to Week Three Rest Week in order to avoid rationing the impact of the training pregnancy to a total time period of five weeks, The researchers concluded that the proposed methods did not show a marked improvement in pulse rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and vital capacity during
