Developing the moral values of athletes within Algerian sports facilities

Abstract

This study aims to know the desire for the behavior of the ethics of athletes within the Algerian sports
facilities, by identifying the role of sports practice in raising the moral values of the players and the degree
of developing their behavior within the facility, Where the sample consisted of 30 players from sports clubs
that play in the Sports Complex Diwan February 18 in Laghouat, who were selected by the comprehensive
survey method, and the study tool was the questionnaire important results reached, it became clear to us that
the continuous sports practice has an effective role in raising the moral values and developing them to a high
degree among the players inside it.
We found that the athlete supports standards related to ethical behavior, communicates about ethics, and
promotes and rewards ethical behavior, even if it is motivated by amongst his colleagues.
