Abstract

The  study aimed to propose specific exercises in a smart and circular training method for strength and speed in developing the skill of the penalty kick and kicking the ball the farthest distance with the undistinguished leg for football players under the age of 13. The importance of the topic is evident in improving and developing the basic skills of football players. The researcher used the method The experimental study represented the research community in football schools in the state of Setif, and the sample was chosen intentionally and numbered 30 players from R.C.A.S, Ain sebt, divided into two groups. The experimental group (15 players), and the control group (15 players), The effectiveness of the proposed specific exercises.


The most important results reached were that there was a difference between the posttest of the experimental group and the posttest of the control group in favor of the experimental group in the characteristic of strength compared to speed (penalty kick test and ball kicking test).
