Abstract
The study aimed to determine the impact of training on improving the performance
of workers at the Djilali Bounaama University, Khemis Miliana, Ain Defla Province.
We studied a random sample consisting of (100) workers using the questionnaire as
a data collection tool, SPSS version (21) and a set of statistical tools for analysis.
The results concluded that: The attitudes of the study sample members were
positive toward the statements of both training and employee performance with an
acceptable degree of agreement, and the arithmetic mean value of all statements of
the two variables was “positive”.
