Abstract
Social security aims to provide a state of security, stability and reassurance in society, so that members of society can carry out their social activities and livelihood in a normal and normal way, because in the absence of security and stability, society is in a state of paralysis and stops the work that flourishes the concept of security and stability. It has become certain today that no society, whether advanced or not, such as third world countries, is free of a loud call to demand the provision of social security for citizens, as social security today has become the first line of defense to protect the homeland and citizens from all external dangers, internal dangers, and environmental dangers (nature) or social dangers (crime).
