Abstract

This research aims to study the reality of strategic human resource managementpractices in Algerian institutions. In the theoretical part, we addressed the key
concepts of the study, starting with definitions of strategic management, humanresources, and strategic human resource management. Through examining a sampleof institutions, we sought to understand the extent to which strategic human resourcemanagement is practiced. A multi-respondent survey was conducted using aquestionnaire in the selected institutions, and the collected data were analyzedaccordingly .
