Abstract

In light of the scarcity of legal studies on artificial intelligence, particularly withregard to clarifying the vision in human resource management, we present data
ranging from possibility to impossibility. This occurs in a context wheredemands for the ethics and regulation of artificial intelligence are still in theirinfancy in order to avoid a negative impact on other value-driven motivations.
