Abstract

This study aims to know the contribution of the communication scheme in managing the crisis of two trains collision at Boudouaou station in Mordas on September 24, 2016 at the National Railway Transport Company, and the most important measures taken by the company during the occurrence of the crisis and this by focusing on forming the crisis cell and diagnosing it, defining the target and the target audience and choosing the means of communication Finally, the assessment of the crisis and the effectiveness of the communication scheme adopted by the company in managing the crisis of two trains collision on September 24, 2016.
