Abstract
The aim of this study was to determine the effect of a
proposed training program in reducing obesity levels
among men . The study sample consisted of 30 men
suffering from weight gain, selected purposefully
from the municipality of Sidi Mezghiche, Skikda
Province. The researcher designed a training program
consisting of 12 training sessions, applied over three
months with an average of three sessions per week
under the researcher’s supervision. After conducting
pre-measurements, implementing the training
program, and performing post-measurements, the
researchers concluded the following: The arithmetic
mean of weight, as well as body measurements,
including hip circumference and thigh circumference,
showed a significant decrease after three months of
applying the program, indicating the effectiveness of
